Courses

We have been organizing our cooking courses for several years. They become more and more popular and there are many reasons for that, such as:

- looking for new tastes,
- objection to fast-food domination,
- exploring of different cultures,
- fashion,
- popularity of self-prepared meals,
- popularity of cooking together with your friends (unconventional parties).

Our courses and presentations are generally aimed at those who work in gastronomy. At present we organize courses that refer to Greek, Japanese (sushi & sashimi) and Mexican cuisine and preparation of seafood and fish dishes. We can organize many others as well if our customers wish e.g. Thai, French.

A presentation includes a lecture describing each cuisine's cultural background. It also shows how the regional meals are prepared. In addition, are customers are given an opportunity to prepare the meals themselves. For practical reasons it takes place in small groups only.

Time and a place of our meetings are fixed individually.

Until 2008 fans of home cooking could participate in sushi courses organized at restaurant 'Kuchnie Swiata' at Arkadia Shopping Center in Warsaw. Now the courses continue as a new project 'Sushi Akademia' - click here.
